How does the AI Sommelier connect to my store?
We integrate with your existing ecommerce platform, including Shopify, WooCommerce, custom APIs and other setups. The AI Sommelier only recommends wines, spirits and beers you actually have in stock, and pricing updates automatically when your store updates.
What does “unlimited conversations” actually mean?
It means there is no per-conversation charging on the relevant plan. Whether you receive a small number of AI Sommelier conversations or a very high volume, pricing does not increase based on conversation count alone.
Can I cancel if the AI Sommelier is not working for us?
Yes. Pinpointed is offered on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts, no penalties and no hidden fees.
How do I know if an AI Sommelier will work for my website?

Is there a setup fee?
No separate setup fee applies to the standard deployment. If you need a more complex custom integration or enterprise rollout, we can discuss that separately.
Will this work for a small independent wine shop?
Yes. Independent wine and bottle shops often benefit strongly because the AI Sommelier gives them round-the-clock product guidance without needing extra staff coverage on every page.
Will it work for multi-store retailers?
Usually yes. If you operate from a single product database or one main API, setup is generally straightforward. If your inventory is split across multiple databases or locations, we can review the best approach with you.
